Inside Out

 I have lived in tropical places and am always inspired by the lushness of the land.  I’m also extremely introverted and feel like sometimes I have a whole rich interior world that I struggle to voice or express. It ends up on tiny painted flower cards that friends like to buy, which is great but also can feel contained and frustrating. So, it’s wonderful to connect to the exterior world and express some of my inner landscape but it’s also the challenging part of my life. This is acrylic on canvas.
