This is a reminder to me that sometimes even too much of a good thing can be too much (too much orange can do it too!) I’ve been wanting to explore myself through my paintings, but I’ve gotten stuck in a rut of landscapes because I’m comfortable doing them. Watching some of the older Rafi & Klee videos reminded me that it’s good to be willing to make mistakes as we push for something new. I plan on attempting considerably different styles in the future to see where it takes me!
